Ingredients
  • 1 large eggplant
  • 250 g soft cottage cheese (1% fat)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 100 g ham, cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 tomato
  • small bunch of tarragon
  • small bunch of basil
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1 st. l. olive oil
  • a pinch of dry marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea ​​salt

1. Cut the eggplant along the entire length into thin slices and fry them on the grill on both sides.
