Roll with apple and prunes

- 4 chicken eggs
- 4 tbsp. l. flour
- 3 art. l. granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp. l refined sunflower oil
- 2 medium apples
- 15 pcs. prunes (choose fleshy dried fruits, then the taste and aroma will be brighter)
- a pinch of vanilla, cinnamon
- at the tip of tsp - baking powder
Recipe for making roll with apple and prunes
1. Wash the apples well, peel and cut into small cubes.
2. Prunes must also be cut into small pieces (about 4 parts each fruit).
3. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat separately.
4. Add flour, baking powder, a pinch of vanillin and butter to the beaten yolks. You should get a fairly viscous and thick mass.
5. Beat the whites a little longer, as you gradually need to add sugar and beat everything until white.
6. Mix the resulting egg masses (steps 4 and 5). The dough should be fluffy.
7. Prepare a baking sheet: cover with parchment, grease with vegetable oil.
8. Lay out the fruit part of the roll. Top with dough.
9. We set to bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees.
10. Ready cake, while it has not cooled down yet, we turn it into a roll.
11. Sprinkle powdered sugar or your favorite jam on top.
