Ingredients
  • One lavash
  • 450 grams of salted or smoked salmon
  •  Onion
  •  bunch of dill
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Black pepper
  • Philadelphia cheese - 300 grams
  • 100 ml. natural low fat yogurt
  • Arugula or other lettuce - one bunch
There are many ways to cook pita bread with salmon. Consider the recipe for such pita bread with salad. You can use different types of lettuce: watercress, arugula, or regular green, before chopping it. Salmon can be used both smoked and salted.

1) Greens must be washed and dried on a paper towel. Finely chop the onion, dill. Lettuce can be torn or chopped. Chop the salmon into small pieces as well.

2) Add chopped greens, juice of half a lemon, pepper, Philadelphia cheese and yogurt to the salmon. Stuffing should be mixed until smooth. Yogurt can be omitted. You need to watch the consistency of the filling so that it is not liquid.

3) Put the resulting mixture on the pita bread, then put the salad on top and wrap it with a tube. The resulting roll is wrapped in cling film, parchment paper or foil. Send to refrigerator for 30 minutes

4) After the roll has cooled, cut into pieces and can be served.
