- Mushrooms (champignons) - 250 g
- Smoked chicken breast - 1 pc.
- One medium carrot
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
- Salt, pepper to taste
Recipe for zucchini roll with chicken and mushrooms
1. Wash vegetables.
2. The chicken is cut into cubes. Next, the onion is cut. Carrots are rubbed on a grater. Champignons - plates. All these ingredients must be fried over low heat, stirring and adding salt and pepper. After that comes the turn of sour cream, the preparation of the filling ends.
3. Then the oven is heated to 190 degrees, in which you need to lay the cake.
4. Zucchini is rubbed (choose a coarse grater) and salt is added. Next, put the flour here, the required amount of baking powder and the yolks of 3 chicken eggs.
5. In the meantime, whites are whipped separately into foam. Salt is added.
6. In a large bowl, it is necessary to combine the resulting mass from the zucchini (step 4) and the protein substance (step 5).
7. Before baking, cover a baking sheet with foil and grease with sunflower oil.
8. Uniform laying out of the dough is necessary for good baking of the cake. Use a spatula.
9. It is necessary to bake in the top + bottom mode for about 30 minutes.
10. Give the finished cake time to harden a little. Can be smeared with sour cream.

Serving can be either warm as a whole or chilled in slices.
