Minced meat roll in the oven

- 300 g minced meat
- 3 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 200 g sauerkraut
- 150 g hard cheese
- 1 egg

Recipe for minced meat roll in the oven
We take minced meat and break eggs into it, add your favorite spices and 1 head of finely chopped onion, after which we mix everything.
Now chop the remaining 2 onions, pepper, rub the carrots on a coarse grater. All chopped vegetables are fried in vegetable oil. Before frying, you can also add your favorite spices.
We spread and level the minced meat on a cling film, spread the cabbage on top in an even layer, you can add a little brine.
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips, then spread on the cabbage.
The next layer is vegetable frying.
We roll the minced meat with the help of cling film.
Then we transfer the roll to the foil and get rid of the cling film.
Tightly wrap the roll in foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes.
After baking, unfold the foil and sprinkle the meatloaf with grated cheese and return it to the oven again. This time, not for long until a golden crust forms.
Serve at the table, cut into pieces.
