Ingredients
- 1 small cantaloupe (cantaloupe)
- 250 g fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, red or black currants)
- 2 kiwi
- 200 g apricots (can be replaced with dried apricots)
- 1.5 l dry white wine
- 0.75 l sparkling wine
- 3 sprigs of mint
- sugar
It takes imagination to make punch. Any fruit can be mixed as intuition tells. At the same time, there are well-established rules for selecting ingredients for punch. For example, rose wine flavored with mint, lemon balm and basil will be an excellent partner for strawberries. And if there are a lot of children and adults who came to the party in cars, make a punch without alcohol. Your little guests will certainly appreciate it. An important detail: the punch is filled with carbonated water immediately before serving, otherwise the gas will evaporate and you will not achieve the intended effect.
