Roll with salmon and crab sticks
Snacks
- 7 nori seaweed
- 300 gr. special rice for sushi
- 1 cucumber
- 150 gr. salmon
- 7 crab sticks
Recipe for making a roll with salmon and crab sticks
We take a mat for rolls and lay out nori seaweed on it.
On top of the seaweed, spread 2-3 tablespoons of boiled rice (rice for sushi should be seasoned with rice vinegar).
Wet your fingers with water so that the rice does not stick and distribute it over the entire plane of the algae.
Make a small strip of wasabi in the middle of the rice.
We divide the crab stick into fibers and spread it on rice.
Cut the salmon into strips and also lay out on rice.
We clean the cucumber, cut into strips and put on top of the salmon and rice.
Now, holding the filling with your hands, wrap the rug in a roll.
It is better to grease the edge of the nori with water so that it sticks and the roll does not turn around.
We cut the finished roll into portioned pieces and serve to the table.
