Roll with shrimp and flying fish caviar
Ingredients
  • 300 gr. rice for sushi
  • 7 nori sheets
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • 300 gr. shrimp
  • Soy sauce
  • Wasabi
  • 40 gr. flying fish games

Defrost shrimp, for these rolls it is better to take peeled ones.

Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin strips.

Cut lettuce leaves into long wide strips.

We spread the boiled rice on half a sheet of nori, press it a little. Gently turn over with a mat so that the rice is on the bottom.

We spread the salad on the nori, put the cucumber and shrimp inside. Roll carefully.

We shape the roll with a rug, after which we sprinkle everything with flying fish caviar on all sides. We squeeze well.

Cut the shrimp roll into 6 pieces and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
