Recipe for bagels with jam

1

Let's heat the milk and dissolve the fresh yeast in it. Add sugar, melted butter, salt and flour there. We mix everything until a not very cool consistency is reached. The dough is rolled out in the form of a circle and cut into 8 parts with triangles. Jam is placed on the wide part of the triangle, at the base, and then rolled into a tube, and this is how a bagel is obtained.

2

Now we need to bake bagels with jam. A baking sheet is greased with oil and bagels are laid out on it. The oven is heated to 180-200 ° C and the dish is baked for about 25 minutes. We look, if the bagels become golden in color, then they are ready. It remains to take them out, cool and pour powdered sugar on top.

These bagels can be prepared not only with jam, but also with other fillings, for example: condensed milk, nuts with honey, marmalade, poppy seeds, dried fruits, etc. There is a filling for every taste.
