Risotto classic
Ingredients
  • 1 bulb
  • 5 handfuls of rice
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 100g Pastissimo Galbani
  • 75g Gorgonzola Galbani
  • 75g Provolone Galbani
  • pepper and salt to taste
There are hundreds of varieties of risotto recipes, but today we will cook a classic cheese risotto, more precisely with three types of cheese.

Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with a small amount of oil.

In a separate saucepan, let's cook the broth.

As soon as the onion is well stewed, add rice to the pan and leave it to fry without stirring.

Add the broth to the pan a little at a time, but make sure that it is well absorbed.

After 15 minutes from the start of frying, add wine, Gorgonzola cheese and Provolone in small pieces.

Stir for 5-8 minutes, thereby letting the cheese melt.

Salt, pepper.

When everything is ready, cover with a lid and leave for a few minutes.

Sprinkle with pastissimo cheese.
