Rice in Spanish
Ingredients
  • Boiled rice - 200 gr.
  • Sunflower or olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Sweet onion - 4 heads
  • Garlic - 1 garlic clove
  • Ginger - 1 piece 2 cm long
  • Egg
  • Green peas - 3 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
The simplest and most colorful Spanish dish, which is customary to treat guests in every family. We offer you a recipe for light Spanish rice, which satisfies hunger very well.

We heat the oil in a frying pan, pour in the onion, chopped into half rings, chopped garlic and ginger, passed through a grater. Cook vegetables over high heat for a few minutes, stirring all the time.

Break the chicken egg into the skillet and stir non-stop for 30 seconds, or until the egg is cooked through. Add boiled rice and peas to the pan, cook for 3-5 minutes until the rice is completely warmed up.

Season rice in Spanish with black pepper and soy sauce, you can also add various spices to your taste.
