Tiramisu recipe at home
Cakes
- Eggs - 4 pcs. (you can use quail, take them 4 times more)
- Cream cheese (Mascarpone) – 500g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Savoyardi cookies - 250 g (you can also use Anniversary or biscuit cookies for making tiramisu, the taste will not change from this)
- cocoa powder
- Coffee
- Alcohol - optional (rum, brandy, wine, liqueur, cognac)
Recipe for making tiramisu recipe at home
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Rub the yolks together with sugar.
Add cream cheese and mix well.
Take the separated whites and beat them with a mixer until foamy.
Now add the foam from the proteins to the yolk with the cheese and mix again.
Make coffee from 400 ml. water and 4 tablespoons of coffee (in my case, Nescafe), add alcohol to it if desired.
Dip the biscuits into the cold coffee, being careful not to make them soggy or crumble.
Take the form and put the cookies moistened with coffee on the bottom.
Spread half of the cream on the cookies and spread evenly.
Now lay out the layer of cookies again and pour the remaining cream on it.
Smooth the cream well and send it to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
After freezing, sprinkle the cake with cocoa. To get an even layer, do it through a sieve.
