- Yogurt - 500 ml
- Flour - 2 cups
- Cocoa - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Hazelnuts - 1 handful finely chopped
- Milk chocolate - 100 gr.
- Baking powder - 10 gr.
- Bitter chocolate - 100 gr.
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Milk - 500 ml

Before proceeding with the process of making a chocolate cake, it must be taken into account that all ingredients must be preheated to room temperature. It is also very important that the chocolate is of the highest quality, so it is not worth saving here. The taste of chocolate cake depends on the quality of the chocolate itself.
Beat the butter with sugar, add the eggs and pour in the yogurt. Pour half of the yogurt into a large cup and add baking powder to it, as soon as the yogurt rises, pour it into a common container.
Now gradually add flour, liquor and cocoa.
Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the container along with chopped nuts, now mix everything.
Line a baking dish with baking paper, pour our cake dough into a mold and put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes. The oven must be preheated to 160 degrees.
While our future chocolate cake is baking, prepare the icing.
Pour the milk into a small saucepan, add the chocolate cubes and put the saucepan on the stove. We heat, stirring until the chocolate is completely dissolved, after which we add cocoa and sugar, wait until the mixture becomes a little viscous, and remove the pan from the stove.
Pour the cake with the resulting chocolate icing and let it soak.
Before serving the chocolate cake to the table, warm it up a little. This procedure will allow you to melt the pieces of chocolate a little, this will give the chocolate cake a special “zest”.
