Salad recipe with chavrou cheese and beetroot
Ingredients
  • 10 g chicory salad
  • 20 g beets
  • 40 g chavrou goat cheese
  • black salt to taste
  • 15 g wheat germ
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 10 g frisse salad
  • 50 g Baku tomatoes
  • 10 g arugula
It takes about 10 minutes to prepare this dish, as well as 15 minutes for the cooking process itself.

Slice the tomatoes.

Cut the chicory salad into small triangles.

Cut the beets into very thin circles, the so-called slices.

Divide the Frize lettuce into separate leaves and mix it with arugula.

Put the chopped tomatoes on a plate with a path and put the chavrou cheese on them.

And sprinkle the tomatoes with black salt to taste.

Lay the beetroot slices over the tomatoes (in order to decorate the salad, roll a couple of slices into tubes).

Put arugula frise salad on beets and garnish with chicory leaves.

Sprinkle whole salad with sprouted wheat and drizzle with olive oil.
