Ingredients
  • 200 gr. beef tenderloin
  • 5 gr. sea ​​salt
  • 3 gr. pepper mixes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 100 gr. fresh spinach

Finely chop the peeled garlic and shallots, and fry them in hot oil.

Chop the spinach and add it to the onion and garlic.

Boil it all together until the state of the sauce and season with salt, nutmeg and pepper.

Dry the pre-washed meat (without veins) and cut into large pieces.

Marinate the meat in oil and spices for 30 minutes.
