Ingredients
- 200 gr. beef tenderloin
- 5 gr. sea salt
- 3 gr. pepper mixes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 100 gr. fresh spinach
- on the tip of a nutmeg knife
- 250 ml. milk cream
- 30 g shallots
This dish takes 25 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to prep.

Finely chop the peeled garlic and shallots, and fry them in hot oil.

Chop the spinach and add it to the onion and garlic.

Pour cream over it all.

Boil it all together until the state of the sauce and season with salt, nutmeg and pepper.

Dry the pre-washed meat (without veins) and cut into large pieces.

Marinate the meat in oil and spices for 30 minutes.

After the meat has marinated, fry it on all sides on a preheated grill without adding salt.

Bring the meat to readiness in an oven preheated to 150˚ C, it will take 10 minutes.

Let the meat stand for 2-3 minutes and serve by laying the meat on the spinach sauce.
