Recipe for lean carrot cutlets

- 500 g carrots
- Half cup oatmeal
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 3 tbsp walnuts
- 100 g dried fruits
- Rice flour
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- Sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Recipe for cooking a recipe for lean carrot cutlets
We wash and clean the carrots, then boil them. Grind the finished carrots with a blender.
We take oatmeal and brew it in a glass of freshly boiled water, after which we mix it with carrot puree.
Add ginger, pre-chopped walnuts, lemon zest (lime is also suitable), raisins, prunes and a little pepper to carrots and oatmeal.
Mix all the ingredients well and put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
While the minced meat is cooling, we will make the sauce, for this we mix soy sauce with coconut milk, lemon juice, coconut flakes and sugar. We mix all the ingredients, adjust the density with coconut flakes.
After cooling the minced carrots, we begin to form cutlets, sprinkle with rice flour so that they are well behind the hands and the pan.
Fry carrot cutlets on both sides until cooked.
