- Flour - 350 g
- 250 ml kefir
- 1 egg
- 50 g margarine
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 7 g vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar
- 0.5 tsp soda
- Salt
- 300 ml refined sunflower oil

Mix kefir, sugar, egg, salt and vanilla sugar in a container. We sift the flour. Add it and soda to the mixture. Then everything should be mixed and put 1 tbsp. sunflower oil and margarine.
Depending on the quality and properties of the flour, it is possible to change its quantity. After kneading, ideally, you should get a lush, soft dough, slightly sticky to your hands. A stiff dough will not work, as it will stick to your hands and the donuts will not turn out airy.
Cover the dough and leave for half an hour.
Then we make balls from the dough, roll them out to make cakes 7-8 mm thick. In the center of the cakes we make an incision, we pass one edge through the hole and turn it inside out. You will get loops from the dough.
Fry donuts in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Put the finished donuts on a towel to absorb the fat, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
