First, beat the egg, add beer, salt and pepper to taste. Gradually add flour, knead the dough without lumps and leave it for about half an hour.

Without wasting time, let's make stuffing. Mix it with finely chopped onions and herbs, salt and pepper.

Roll out the dough very thinly, cut out circles, at least 15 cm in diameter.

Now we sculpt chebureks. We put 1 table on one edge. a spoonful of minced meat, cover with the second edge and pinch the edges.

Fry in a pan in vegetable oil, until golden brown, keep in mind that the oil level should cover the cheburek.
