  • onion - 3 pcs.
  • tomato paste - 40 g
  • sauce (adjika) - 30 g
  • hop-suneli mixture - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • favorite greens for serving
It's time to get a little familiar with Georgian cuisine. We buy chicken meat and cook chakhokhbili. The meat is very juicy, aromatic and dietary.

Boil chicken meat until half cooked in salted water.

Clean the onion from the husk. Next, you need to finely chop it. We spread immediately on a preheated pan with vegetable oil.

We chop the garlic. We also send it to the pan. Add adjika, tomato paste. We mix thoroughly.

Three fresh tomatoes, put in a pan.
