Soups
- Cucumbers - 4-6 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Rice - 1/3 cup
- Large carrot - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Celery root - 100 g
- Beef / pork / poultry meat (lean, smoked) - 200 g
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
- A set of peppercorns: black, gray, green, red, fragrant - to taste
- A set of spices: dill seeds, cumin, cloves ... - to taste
- Mushrooms - 4 pcs.
- Parsley, onion, dill - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- apple cider vinegar - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream - to taste
Pickle recipe
Peel the onion, cut into cubes, put in a bowl.
Cucumbers cut into cubes, add to the onion, season to taste with vinegar (≈ 30 ml), and mix everything.
Rinse rice and boil separately until almost cooked.
While the rice is being prepared, boil in a saucepan where pickle will be cooked, 2.5 liters of water, add crushed peppers, spices, bay leaf and boil at a light boil for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mushrooms, carrots, celery, potatoes, meat crumble into small cubes.
Put mushrooms, celery and carrots into boiling water, let it boil.
Add potatoes to vegetables and boil everything over low heat for 5 minutes.
Put meat and rice in a saucepan, bring to a boil, add onions with cucumbers, bring to a boil again, boil for 3-5 minutes, add salt to taste, add oil, finely chopped greens, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Season with sour cream.
Put the washed rice in a saucepan for the microwave, salt, pour boiling water so that the water barely covers the cereal, and put in the oven at maximum power for 4 minutes, without covering with a lid.
Add a little boiling water again, stir, cover with a lid and set the following mode: max - 1-2 minutes + min - 4-5 minutes.
