Ingredients
  • Early cabbage - 300 g
  • Purslane (salad) - 1 bunch
  • Cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Radish - 5 pcs.
  • Green onion - 3 pcs.
  • Green garlic - 2 pcs.
  • Parsley greens 1 bunch
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Coriander - 1 bunch
  • apple cider vinegar - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Unrefined oil - as needed
The first days of summer also give us the expected opportunity to cook and taste fresh salads from young vegetables. Usually, these are early cabbage, radishes, cucumbers, herbs, green onions and garlic. And do not rush to add tomatoes to them, which are not yet in season, because they have no taste. The months of May and June are precisely the time of juicy and delicate greenery, this is the season to be a bit like a ruminant and feel all the joy of life, replete with the brightness of saturated colors of early summer.

Wash vegetables and herbs and chop into a bowl.
