Fluffy yeast buns
Bakery
- 2 eggs
- 3 art. spoons of sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 2.5 cups flour
- 50 g butter (which you can replace with margarine for baking)
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 3 art. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 st. a spoonful of sugar
- 1 st. a spoonful of butter
- 2-3 tablespoons of flour
Recipe for fluffy yeast buns
We heat the milk, but carefully monitor it so that it does not become hot, but warm. In milk, dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar, yeast and 3 tablespoons of flour, mix everything thoroughly, leave for 10 minutes.
Melt margarine, add egg, vanilla, sugar, salt, vegetable oil. Mix all ingredients well. Pour the resulting mixture into a dough and slowly introduce the sifted flour, mixing thoroughly. After the dough is well kneaded, it is best to transfer it to a pan greased with vegetable oil and put it in heat for 1.5 hours.
After the dough has risen, it should be divided into 10-12 balls. To make it more convenient to work, be sure to moisten your hands in vegetable oil, then the dough will not stick to them.
Grease a small baking sheet well with butter. We roll each ball and put the filling with a teaspoon. Pinch the edges of the ball well, sprinkle with flour and give the bun a round shape. Balls should be laid out at a small distance from each other with the seams down. Lubricate the joints of the buns with vegetable oil and cover with a film for 20 minutes so that they rise slightly.
Lubricate the approached buns with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sprinkles and put in a well-heated oven. Bake until golden brown at 200 degrees. We let them cool in the form, and then we divide them into separate buns. Our delicious yeast buns are ready to please you and your family!
