- Flour - 1 cup (250 gr.)
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Goat cheese - 150 gr.
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Ham - 200 gr.
- Olives - 20 pcs.
- Dried tomatoes in olive oil - 8 pcs.

Mash goat cheese in a deep bowl, add eggs and sunflower oil to it, mix thoroughly. Then add flour and knead a homogeneous dough. Cut the ham into cubes, olives into slices, sun-dried tomatoes into strips, add the prepared stuffing to the dough and knead it again. Spread the dough into molds and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Let the cupcakes cool down a bit, remove from the molds and serve. Provencal muffins pair perfectly with creamy goat cheese and fresh vegetables.
