Grapes poached in wine with mascarpone
Ingredients
  • 2 medium bunches of dark grapes
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150-170 g mascarpone
  • 50-70 g candied lemons
  • mint leaves
Sweet, fragrant grapes and slightly sour, juicy plums are fresh and sun-drenched in summer and full of rich shades and aromas in autumn.

1. Grate the zest from the lemon with a fine grater, squeeze the juice. In a saucepan, combine wine, lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Remove the grapes from the bunch and place in the syrup. Stir. Cook 3 minutes, cool.

3. Whisk the mascarpone. Add crushed candied fruits and zest to mascarpone.

4. Divide grapes in syrup among cups. Put mascarpone on plates and garnish with mint. Serve together - everyone will lay out the grapes on the mascarpone.
