Lean dumplings with mushrooms

- Flour - 2 tbsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil
- Boiling water - 1 tbsp.
- Champignons - 600 g
- Onion - 2 pcs.
Recipe for lean dumplings with mushrooms
The sifted flour is mixed with salt in a bowl. Having made a hole in the center, add oil and boiling water. Stir, not paying attention to lumps, allow the dough to cool. When the dough becomes not hot, it is kneaded until smooth. They begin to knead in a bowl, and put it on the table when all the stones form one mass, and continue to knead so that the dough becomes smooth. The kneaded dough is left for 20 minutes.
Having set aside the dough, make the filling, for this finely cut the mushrooms and onions. After heating the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion so that it becomes transparent, then add the mushrooms and fry everything together until the mushrooms are ready.
Having made dumplings, they are boiled in salted water, the dough becomes ready after about 5 minutes from when the water boils.
Ready dumplings are oiled or fried with onions.
