Ingredients
- rice long good quality 300g mug
- chicken fillet (can be turkey) 300 gr.
- refined vegetable oil 100 ml
- onion, carrot - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 head
- chopped dried apricots, prunes - 2 tablespoons each
- raisins - 1 tablespoon with a slide
- seasoning for pilaf 1 tablespoon
- water 2 measures of rice (2:1).
Previously, I did not understand how you can mix meat, rice and sweet dried fruits. I tried to cook pilaf with dried fruits and was stunned! I liked it so much. Moreover, this pilaf is cooked very quickly - after a maximum of 40 minutes (taking into account the preparation of vegetables, you can enjoy a delicious and original pilaf). I suggest you try this dish.
Recipe for pilaf with dried fruits and chicken
1
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
2
Cut carrots, dried apricots and prunes into strips, finely chop the onion.
3
When the chicken is fried, add seasoning and carrots and onions to the meat, fry everything together over medium heat for another 2 minutes. Add dried fruits: dried apricots, raisins, prunes and garlic divided into teeth (remove only the top husk). Pour water (no more than 600 ml). Add to taste.
4
Everything, our quick pilaf is ready! Bon appetit.
