Pie with cottage cheese

- 500 gr. wheat flour
- 500-600 gr. cottage cheese
- 30 gr. dill
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 2 chicken eggs
- 30 gr. green onion
- 1 tsp salt
Recipe for placinta with cottage cheese
Sift flour into a wide bowl, make a well in the center, add salt and 300 ml of warm water. We knead the dough. We knead it for 2-3 minutes, after which we make a ball and cover it with a towel and put it aside for 15 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese with eggs and salt, mix everything.
Grind the greens and add to the curd.
We divide the dough into 6-8 parts. We make balls from each part and roll them out to make a fairly thin and even circle.
We spread the curd filling in the middle of the circle and distribute it over the entire area, leaving a little free space around the edges.
We stretch the dough and bend the edges so that we get a square (look at the photo how it should look). Now we bend the corners in the middle.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put the placinta on it with the even part up.
Fry the pies for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
