- 500 grams of flour

Recipe for apple pies
Prepare the steam. Pour one tablespoon of sugar and yeast into warm milk and mix everything well and leave for the yeast to disperse for 10 minutes. In a suitable bowl, beat the eggs and sugar well. Pour the fermented yeast into the egg mixture and mix the liquids well. Melt the butter and pour it into the dough base. Gradually add flour in small portions and knead a soft elastic dough. Put it in a bowl, cover with a towel, and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes, so that it fits well. Then punch it down and leave it for another 40 minutes to rise again.
When the dough is ready, it is necessary to divide it into equal pieces, from which to form balls, about 20 blanks for pies should be obtained. Leave the balls for 10 minutes, after they rise slightly, you can begin to form pies.
Stretch the dough in your hands and put the apple jam filling in the middle, then fasten the edges of the dough, giving it the appearance of a pie. Place the finished pies on a greased baking sheet. Lubricate the finished pies with whipped yolk.
Send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake them for 25 minutes, until a beautiful and appetizing golden crust is formed.
