Cookie pie recipe
1) Heat water to 35 degrees and add dry yeast. After the yeast has dispersed, add vegetable oil and gradually introduce seven cups of flour, knead everything and leave the dough in heat.
2) At this time, you can start preparing the filling. Chop the onion and fry in a pan until half cooked. Add the liver pieces to the onion, salt and pepper and fry until tender. Grind the fried liver with onions in a blender until smooth.
3) Add rice to the crushed mass and knead everything well.
4) When the dough has doubled in volume, continue to stir in the remaining flour. When kneading the dough, grease your hands with vegetable oil so that it does not stick.
5) We divide the finished dough into cakes, knead each one and put the filling in the middle, and make a pie.
6) Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and lay out the pies. Grease the top of the pies with pre-whipped egg yolks. We send them to bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. When the pies have cooled down, they can be served.
