- 1 egg
- 1 st. l. powdered sugar
- Flour - 4 tbsp.
- Butter - 400 g
- About 400 g strawberries
- Starch - 1.5 tsp
- Salt

The dough should be bought ready-made or prepared in advance.
We sift the flour. Add butter and salt to it, then rub it all into crumbs. After this, pour a glass of cold water, and then knead the dough.
Wrap the resulting dough in a film and put in the refrigerator for a day. But for a day 5-6 times you need to get the dough and knead.
After a day, we take out the dough, roll it out and cut it into rectangles of 10x15 cm.
Wash, dry strawberries, cut, depending on the size of the berry, into 2-4 pieces.
Mix sugar with starch.
We put the filling on the edge of each rectangle, sprinkle everything with sugar and roll it into rolls. We pinch the edges of the rolls so that the berry juice does not leak out.
Place pies with strawberries on a baking sheet, which was previously greased with sunflower oil. Brush the pies on top with the beaten egg.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, bake for about 15-20 minutes until a delicious crust appears.
Sprinkle the finished dish with powdered sugar and serve.
