Patties with potatoes and mushrooms
Bakery
- 4 eggs;
- 150 grams of butter;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 6 medium sized potatoes;
- 0.4 kg of champignons;
- 3 or 4 cups flour;
- 3 and a half glasses of milk;
- sachet of yeast and taste to taste.
Recipe for patties with potatoes and mushrooms
First of all, you need to knead the yeast dough. To do this, heat the milk, pour it into a fairly deep bowl, then add the yeast and half a glass of flour there. Cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and place the bowl on heat to allow the dough to rise. Put eggs and butter in the dough, salt to taste. Mix well to get a homogeneous mass. Add flour again, knead the dough and leave it for half an hour in a warm place.
While the dough reaches the desired condition, prepare everything for the filling. Wash and clean potatoes. Cut the vegetables into small pieces, and then boil until tender. Grate on a fine grater. Then chop the mushrooms and fry them until they turn a nice golden color. Mix mushrooms with potato mixture. The filling is ready!
Now you need to form pies. From a common piece of dough, pinch off a small piece and roll it into a cake. Place some filling in the center. Bring the opposite ends of the cake together and pinch them so that the filling does not peek out. Then grease a baking sheet with oil and place the pies on it. Make sure they are not too close to each other. Top the pies with potatoes and mushrooms with beaten egg mass. Bake the dish for half an hour at a medium oven temperature.
