Recipe for fried cabbage pies
Shred the cabbage and simmer in oil, adding water, for about 40 minutes. If the cabbage is fresh, then salt, add tomato paste at the end of the stew.
Mix kefir with salt and sugar and heat. Add yeast, mix and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.
Add margarine, egg, flour to kefir and knead the dough. The dough should turn out tender, soft and not stick to your hands.
Spread the finished dough with oil, cover and leave to rise in a warm place, and then knead well again.
Then cut off small pieces from the dough and roll out the circles, spread the finished cabbage on them.
Pinch each circle well so that the cabbage does not fall out when frying.
Put the pies in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Put the finished pies on a dish.
