Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • cinnamon
  • 200 ml. milk (1 cup)
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 grams of cherries (frozen, but melted)
  • a pinch of salt
Today you will learn how to make cherry pie , a very easy and quick pie that kids love so much.

Beat the eggs, removing the protein from two eggs (save the whites for later), gradually add 4 tablespoons of sugar, 5 tablespoons of flour and one pinch of salt.

Then add milk.

Continue beating until creamy (not thick). Add 3 tablespoons of flour that we have left.

Now take the 2 squirrels that we left at the very beginning and beat them into a thick foam.

Add egg whites to our batter and continue beating for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour half of the dough into a pre-oiled mold, pour in the cherries and spread them well, sprinkle with cinnamon, and then add the rest of the dough.
