Pie with meat and potatoes
Bakery
- Melted butter - 100 gr.
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- Baking powder or soda - ½ tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Unsweetened yogurt or sour cream - 200 ml
- Flour - 200-300 gr.
- Lamb or pork - 500 gr.
- Onion - 2 heads
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Pepper
- Salt
Meat and potato pie recipe
Mix melted butter in a bowl with sour cream, chicken egg, baking powder and salt. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Wrap the resulting dough for the pie in cling film and set aside to swell.
Cut into small cubes, potatoes, meat and onions. Mix everything, add pepper, salt and chopped herbs. We divide the dough into 2 parts, one part should be slightly larger than the other. Roll out 2 pieces into cakes, about half a centimeter thick. Sprinkle the circles of dough with flour.
We lay a baking sheet with baking paper and lay out most of the dough, on top of which we evenly distribute our potato-meat filling. Now cover everything with another layer of dough and pinch the edges.
Brush the surface of the pie with the egg and water mixture. We make a lot of punctures on the surface with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake until cooked.
