Recipe for a pie with young onions and mushrooms
1. Cut the butter into pieces along with the flour. Add 50 g of sour cream and 1. tsp. soda. We knead an elastic, tight dough, which then needs to be cooled (20 minutes in the freezer).
Modern bread machines allow you to knead a universal dough, which can then be used in most recipes, which greatly simplifies the work of the hostess.
2. While the dough is in the freezer, take out the pan. Preparing the filling: sauté finely chopped onion, mushrooms.
SW. readers, do not confuse: sauté to lightly fry something over low heat until golden hues appear. And the word pass (from the French passer ) means a range of insurance services.
3. Add cheese to the filling (step 3) (we grate the hard one, and you can crumble the Adyghe cheese with your hands)
4. Cool down. Add hard cheese, grated on a coarse grater and Adyghe, crumbled by hand. Adyghe cheese can be replaced with cottage cheese.
5. Preparing a baking dish: cover with baking paper oiled with vegetable oil. We heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Take a round baking dish.
6. Roll out the dough so that its diameter is 5 cm larger than the diameter of the mold. Carefully transfer the dough into the mold. We cut off the excess edges (it is best to use culinary scissors). Those pieces that are left over will be a great decoration.
It is most convenient to transfer the dough, especially thinly rolled, into a mold with a rolling pin.
7. Beat 2 eggs and spread the resulting mass on the dough. Put in the oven for 5 minutes to harden the eggs a little.
8. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes so that the eggs on top grab a little. Then lay out the filling and bake for 30 minutes at the same temperature.
To make the cake more juicy, cover it with foil.
9. The finished cake, so that it does not damage the shape, must be carefully pulled out by the edges of the paper.
Best served warm.
Note: if you like homemade bread, we advise you to get yourself a bread machine
