A pie with cabbage
Ingredients
  • Sour cream - 250 gr.
  • Mayonnaise - 150 gr.
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Soda - ½ tsp
  • Flour - 1 tbsp.
  • Sauerkraut - 400 gr.
  • Hard cheese - 50 gr.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste and spices - to taste

First of all, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Next, mix it with cabbage, add tomato paste and simmer over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes.

To prepare the dough, you need to mix sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and add soda, and only then add flour and mix thoroughly. In addition, beat it well with a mixer. The consistency of the dough should be similar to the dough for pancakes. Pour half of the resulting dough into a pre-greased mold. On top, carefully lay out the grated cheese and cabbage, covering with the second half of the dough, and bake for about 50 minutes. at t 180 degrees.

 After baking, this delicate cake needs to cool in the mold. Now we cut it into portions, put it in a dish and serve a cabbage pie with herbs and sour cream on the table.
