Pizza with sausages and mushrooms

First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Sift the flour, then add dry yeast to it and mix. Break an egg into a bowl with flour, add salt, warm water and vegetable oil. From the resulting components, knead the dough.

We divide the dough into 4 parts, from which 4 pizzas will be obtained respectively.

Roll out 1 part into a thin cake.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put our layer of dough on it.

Lubricate the dough with a thin layer of tomato paste or ketchup.

We cut the sausages into rings and put them on pizza, add pre-fried mushrooms and sprinkle everything with herbs.

We pass the cheese through a coarse grater and sprinkle it with pizza.

We put the pizza with mushrooms and sausages in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
