Shrimp pizza
Bakery
- 350 gr. wheat flour
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 250 ml pizza sauce
- 20 king prawns
- 7 gr. fast acting dry yeast
- 50 ml olive oil
- 200 gr. mozzarella cheese
- 50 gr. capers
Shrimp pizza recipe
Mix all dry ingredients, add oil and 250 ml of water. Knead not too stiff dough, add more water if necessary. Leave the dough in a warm place for 40-50 minutes to rise.
As soon as the dough has doubled in size, it needs to be kneaded a little.
After you have kneaded the dough for the second time, you can proceed to the process of making shrimp pizza.
Roll out the dough to the size of the mold in which the pizza will be baked. Please note that the thickness of the pizza dough should be no more than 1 centimeter.
Pour the tomato sauce over the dough and spread it all over the dough.
Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese. Usually cheese is sprinkled at the very end, but this way the pizza looks less appetizing.
Arrange the capers and shrimp on the dough. You can also deviate a little from this recipe and add your favorite ingredients to the pizza.
Preheat the oven to 220-240 degrees and put the pizza in it for 10 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the dough and the power of your oven, the time may vary, so keep an eye on the pizza so it doesn't burn.
