Pizza with minced meat
Bakery
- 5 gr. instant dry yeast
- 170 gr. wheat flour
- 100 gr. red tomatoes
- 150 gr. hard cheese
- 5 gr. dill
- 20 ml olive oil
- 200 gr. ground beef
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 50 gr. ketchup
- 5 gr. parsley
Pizza recipe with minced meat
The first step is to prepare the dough. To do this, mix flour with yeast and add 125 ml of water mixed with olive oil.
Continue kneading the pizza dough for 3 minutes, then cover it with a towel or cling film and set aside in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
While the dough is rising, prepare the minced meat filling. Fry the ground beef in a pan until tender. Cut the tomatoes into rings and chop the pepper.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Take the risen dough and knead it for 1 minute, then form it into an even ball and roll out a cake from it with a diameter of 30 centimeters. Note that the thickness of the dough should not exceed 5 mm.
Coat the pancake dough with tomato sauce.
Put chopped tomatoes, fried minced meat on the dough, sprinkle everything with pepper and herbs.
Sprinkle the pizza with an even layer of grated cheese and send our pizza with minced meat to the oven for 15 minutes. Pizza should be baked at a high temperature, so set it to at least 220 degrees.
