Peppers stuffed with chicken

- Peppers - 5-6 pcs.
- Carrots - 3 pcs.
- Chicken breast - 600 gr.
- Onions - 2-3 heads
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- fresh greens
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
- Chicken broth -500 ml
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Spices
Chicken Stuffed Peppers Recipe
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces, then fry until half cooked over medium heat.
We skip the carrots through a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings, cut the tomatoes into cubes and chop the garlic. We add all these vegetables to the chicken, salt, add the necessary spices and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes.
We wash the first one, remove the substrate and seeds from them, after which we fill them with chicken and vegetable filling.
We shift the peppers stuffed with chicken into a saucepan, at the bottom of which vegetable oil is poured. Pour everything with broth, add tomato paste and put the pan on the stove.
Simmer the peppers for 25 minutes over medium heat. A few minutes before cooking, sprinkle everything with fresh herbs.
