Ingredients
  • 6-7 pcs. sweet pepper (choose the correct shape, it will be more convenient to stuff)
  • 1 medium chicken breast
  • 300 g mushrooms (it is better to take fresh champignons)
  • A piece of cheese for grating (up to 150 g)
  • 1 bulb
  • a few olives (black pitted)
  • Greens (any)
  • Spices (to taste)

1. You need to wash the pepper. We cut it in half, removing the stalks and seeds.

2. The fillet should be in the form of straws, fried evenly in a pan with vegetable oil.

3. Finely chop the mushrooms, onions and black olives.

4. To the almost finished chicken strips in a pan, add the chopped ingredients of step 3 (mushrooms, onions, olives).

5. Three cheese (choose a coarse grater) and add to the slightly cooled filling. Everything needs to be mixed.

6. Stuffing: fill the halves of the peppers with stuffing and put them on a baking sheet (previously oiled).
