  • Shrimps (peeled) - 200 g
  • Ginger - 10 g

First, let's prepare the dough for future dumplings. To do this, in a deep container, combine flour, water and salt. Knead a fairly stiff dough. Let him rest for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, let's make minced meat. Put the prepared minced pork in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of water, finely grated ginger, soy sauce, finely chopped greens. Mix everything thoroughly.

Salt the shrimp and sprinkle with vegetable oil.

Put a small amount of filling in the center of the circles and pinch the edges so that 2 holes remain on top, into which we place the shrimp.

Cook dumplings for a couple of 25-30 minutes. Serve to the table, generously sprinkled with herbs.
