Ingredients
  • Wheat flour - 400 g
  • Butter - 280 g
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Champignons - 400 g
  • Onion - 200 g
  • Water - 300-320 ml
  • Sour cream - 400 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt pepper
  • Greenery

Let's make dumplings. Pour flour into a deep bowl, beat in eggs. While stirring the dough, add water and salt. We get a fairly dense dough.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Mushrooms are washed and chopped. Fry everything in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Cool, add salt, pepper to taste and pass through a meat grinder.

We roll out the dough thinly, cut out circles for future dumplings. We spread the filling in the center of each circle and pinch the ends, connect them together to make a dumpling.

Boil in salted water for 7 minutes. We put dumplings in pots, pour sour cream, add butter and send to the oven to languish for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
