Ingredients
  • apples (large sweet and sour) - about 1 kg
  • raisins (pitted) - 4 tbsp
  • rice - 90 g
  • sugar - 6 tbsp.
  • butter - 100 g
  • vanillin. cinnamon (powder) - 2 pinches each
With the advent of autumn, delicate and spicy aromas of baked apples with cinnamon appear in the house. Such desserts will be useful for everyone who takes care of their health, and for those who, in addition to sweets, also want to eat a hearty meal, apples with rice are offered.   

Recipe for baked apples stuffed with rice

1. Rinse the apples well under running water.

2. Rinse rice with water until it becomes transparent. Next, you need to pour the cereal with water (1: 3) and boil until tender.

After the water boils, the rice should not be stirred. Just reduce the heat and cover with a lid until all the water is absorbed.

3. Steam the raisins (fill with boiling water and let stand for 20 minutes). We grind with a knife.

4. Next, mix rice with raisins, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Add softened butter to this. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

7. Now you need to prepare the apples. We cut off the tops, remove the core with a knife, it is possible partially with the pulp.

9. Stuff the apples with the filling (step 4), cover with the previously cut tops.

10. We cover the baking dish with parchment, you can oil it a little. Stir the apples not very tightly together.

10. Bake for about half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.

11. Cooked apples can be sprinkled with a little honey and served hot.
