Cookies with chocolate chips
Bakery
- 115 gr. butter
- 50 gr. Sahara
- 70 gr. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 160 gr. flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 100 gr. chocolate (about one bar)
Recipe for chocolate chip cookies
Let the butter sit at room temperature to soften. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl, mix with a hand mixer until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
Lightly beat the egg. Gradually add vanilla and beaten egg to the previously obtained mass.
The store, by the way, never has vanilla extract, so I always just add half a sachet or a sachet of vanilla sugar.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, add soda and add a pinch of salt. Stir. I add a little salt. But some people like it more when there is more salt. So add salt to taste.
Add flour to butter mixture. Mix into a soft dough.
Chop the chocolate into pieces. Add to dough and mix.
Speaking of chocolate. You can take the chocolate that you like. We tried to do with black, and with milk, and with milk caramel. It always turned out amazingly delicious. But take quality chocolate. Then it melts well in the oven and goes well with the finished cookies. Also, chocolate can be chopped in different ways. Mine love it very small, but I love it in large pieces so that it is felt. Large - this is somewhere from half to a quarter of one square, into which a chocolate bar is divided.
Grease two or three pieces of parchment paper with oil. Lay out a spoonful of dough as far apart as possible on paper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for up to 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes.
