Ingredients
  • Wheat flour - 3 cups
  • Oat flakes - 0.5 cups
  • Oatmeal flour - 0.5 cup
  • Curdled milk - 0.5 cups
  • Cream margarine - 200 g
  • Sugar - 0.5 cups
  • Buckwheat honey - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Raisins - 0.5 cups
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Baking soda - 1/3 tbsp. spoons
  • Apple cider vinegar / wine - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Vanillin - to taste
  • Sesame - as needed

Recipe for honey cookies with raisins and sesame seeds

Melt margarine with honey in a water bath or in a microwave.

Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, curdled milk and mix.

Soda extinguish with vinegar and pour into the mixture.

Add wheat and oat flour, flakes, raisins, vanilla and knead not cool, viscous dough.

Cover the roaster with oiled paper.

Take the dough with a tablespoon and with a hand moistened in cold water form balls Ø ≈ 4 cm.

Put the balls on a roasting pan at a distance of 3 cm from each other and crush to make cakes.

Sprinkle cakes on top with sesame seeds.

Bake for 15 minutes at -210°C.

Put the finished cakes on a cotton napkin and let cool.
