  • 50 g butter
  • 150 g soft cheese (Smetankovy type)
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
  •  1 egg, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red ground pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Mix softened butter with grated cheese, egg, sour cream, sugar, sifted flour and spices. We knead everything well, wrap the dough in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After cooling, roll out the dough and cut out stars using a cookie cutter. You can just form cookies.

Lubricate a baking sheet with butter or vegetable oil and put our cookies on it.

We put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake no more than 20 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.
