Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Put the sliced ​​mushrooms in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. We put the mushrooms on the stove and bring the water to a boil, wait 30 seconds after boiling and remove the mushrooms from the stove.

We drain the water from the mushrooms, and pour cold water again, add a little salt to taste, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
