Baked pumpkin with mushrooms and garlic

- 350 gr. forest mushrooms
- 600 gr. pumpkins
- parsley root
- Garlic
- Sea salt
- Grated nutmeg
- ground paprika
- Olive oil
Recipe for baked pumpkin with mushrooms and garlic
Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Put the sliced mushrooms in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. We put the mushrooms on the stove and bring the water to a boil, wait 30 seconds after boiling and remove the mushrooms from the stove.
We drain the water from the mushrooms, and pour cold water again, add a little salt to taste, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
We take baking paper and cover it with a baking sheet, also grease with olive oil.
Lay vegetables on a baking sheet.
Mix vegetables with nutmeg, paprika, sea salt, sprinkle with a little olive oil and put the baking sheet in the oven.
As soon as the mushrooms are ready, drain the water from them, dry them and put them on a baking sheet to the parsley root and pumpkin.
Cook the pumpkin with mushrooms for about 10 more minutes and remove the dish from the oven.
