Ingredients
  • 300 gr. noodles "Pappardelle"
  • 1 tsp sea ​​salt
  • 1 head of onion
  • 1 orange
  • 15 gr. butter
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp raspberry leaves
  • ¼ tsp ground chili pepper
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 150 gr. celery root
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ part grapefruit
  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp ground paprika
  • 500 gr. chicken breast
  • 200 gr. Philadelphia cheese
Pasta with creamy sauce and chicken is a very bright and beautiful dish that will suit even the festive table. You will need no more than 1 hour to prepare this dish.

First of all, boil the noodles in salted water with the addition of a small amount of olive oil. Mix the cooked noodles and set aside.

Cut the celery into thin strips.

Cut the onion head into thin half rings.

Chop the garlic cloves with a knife.

We survive from grapefruit and orange juice, it should be squeezed directly with the pulp.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil and butter, and fry the celery and onion in it.

Add 2/3 of the juice to the vegetables, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt and half the garlic. Simmer this mixture for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Turn off the heat and add the pre-cooked noodles to the vegetables, and mix everything.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry over high heat with the addition of oil. Season with pepper and salt as needed.

We spread our pasta on a suitable dish, and put the chicken on top.

In the pan where we fried the chicken, pour the remaining juice and begin to evaporate it. As soon as half of the juice remains, add cheese, paprika, garlic, rosemary, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Cook the sauce for 1 minute over high heat, stirring all the time.

Drizzle pasta with fresh sauce and serve immediately.
