  • 500 gr. carrots
  • 500 gr. onion
  • 100 gr. butter
  • Pepper, salt and other spices - to taste
Very healthy and nutritious chicken liver pate. This pate can be considered a dietary dish, since chicken liver does not contain many calories.

We wash the chicken liver, then dry it and get rid of excess veins. When buying a liver, you should pay attention to its color, a fresh liver should always be pink. Also, this pate can be used with various types of liver, you can add pork and beef.

Cut the chicken liver into cubes and fry in butter along with chopped carrots and onions. The liver should be stewed, not fried, so it is better to add a little water to the pan. Also, during frying, add pepper, salt, bay leaf and other spices for meat.

We cool the finished liver, after which we pass it through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender along with the remaining oil. Blend until smooth and no lumps remain.

We send the homemade chicken liver pate to the refrigerator and wait for it to cool completely before eating.
